Q: WHAT TIME DO YOUR DOORS OPEN?
Please check the event listing on our Shows + Tickets page or on our Facebook page for the current door opening and event start times.
Q: ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
We’re sorry, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless a show is cancelled. Opening bands are subject to change without notification.
Q: IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE VENUE?
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside RocHaus.
Q: IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
RocHaus hosts shows that are all ages, 18+ and 21+. Please check our Shows + Tickets page for the age requirements of each event. As the details may vary by event.
Q: WHAT IF WE NEED HANDICAP ASSISTANCE?
RocHaus is handicap accessible and able to accommodate patrons with all needs on our main level. Please contact us, in advance, for any special needs or assistance.
Q: WHAT IS THE SEATING ARRANGEMENT?
General Admission: Mainly Standing area with limited number of tables and stools available on a first come first serve basis.
Balcony Admission: Great view of the stage. Mainly Standing area with limited number of tables and stools. Lounge seating throughout the space available on a first come first serve basis.

Q: WHO DO WE CONTACT REGARDING BOOKING AN EVENT OR VENUE RENTAL?
